Personal data processed by IXA
We process your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself. We may process the following personal data, depending on the product or service you purchase:

Site visit
If you respond via one of the forms on the website, we will additionally ask for your e-mail address and name.

Request for products / services or more information and the like
Name, e-mail address, telephone number, organization and position are shared with the responsible persons, so that we can process your request as well as possible. Participants in our workshops are included in the IXA customer base.
We will only pass on the requested data in the form after your active consent to any third party involved in the workshop or your request for information.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that IXA processes
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you think that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at info@ixa.nl and we will remove this information.

For what purpose does IXA process personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process your registration after you have registered for a workshop.
  • To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to perform the service that you have purchased or to request further information regarding your request.
  • To deliver goods and services that you have purchased.
  • To inform you about (changes to) our services and products that you have previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the mail.
  • To send the newsletters and mailings for which you have registered.
  • To create an account for you after you register.

Automated decision making
IXA does not take decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that could have adverse consequences for you.

How long IXA stores personal data
After you have purchased a product or service from IXA, you will remain in our customer base for a maximum of 2 years so that we can inform you about changes to our products or services. Of course you can unsubscribe. The retention period of data depends on the purpose for which we received or collected the data and on legal obligations to store data. For that reason, we retain permission for data processing for at least 5 years.

Sharing of personal data by IXA with third parties
We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with a possible legal obligation. We also provide your personal data to third parties in a few other cases, but we will only do this with your explicit permission.

We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to guarantee the same level of security and to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processes.

Matomo Analytics
Cookies are placed on our website by the French company Matomo Analytics. We utilize their analytics service to monitor visitor behavior and obtain reports on website usage. This enables us to enhance our website and services. Matomo is unable to disclose this information to third parties. Your IP address is partially anonymized, and data is not shared with other services.

Who has access to my personal data?
The personal data is only viewed by employees of IXA who based on their position in the company, play a role in the processing of your personal data for the above purposes and for whom it is necessary that they have access to the personal data.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by IXA and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@ixa.nl.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. You can make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) in this copy black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
We would like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority.

How IXA protects personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you feel that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via info@ixa.nl.
We have taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

  • Our employees’ servers and devices are equipped with current security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
  • We only send your data via secure internet connections. You can see this on the address bar “https” and the padlock.
  • All IXA employees who have access to personal data are trained to handle your data with care.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. IXA uses 2 types of cookies on its websites.
